  1. Subscribe as an individual or as a production:
    • 2 week free trial available for first time individual users (subscribe here)
    • Small teams (eg. composer / orchestrator / assistant) contact us for a quote
    • Productions, send us a purchase order (contact us for details)
  2. We set up a project for you. Tell us:
    • The frame rate (29.97ND, 25fps, etc...)
    • The nominated admin user(s) (what this means)
    • Where you are based (so we set the correct time zone). Users in more than one timezone? No problem... (more)
    • Key personnel, number of reels & current cut info can optionally be given (or can be added later)
  3. Create some users:
    • Set name, password and email address for new users
    • Set their access level (what this means)
    • Prior users of the site are remembered - you only need to set their access level
  4. Create your spotting notes:
    • Timings calculated on the fly
    • Instantly published online
  5. Let everyone know:
    • Use the built in email facility to let your users know the notes are ready
